Brighouse go joint top of Division 1

A 4-2 away win at Castleford (Michael Whaley gaining both points), saw Brighouse go level on points with Sheffield “2” at the top of division 1. Sheffield’s match with Leeds “1” was postponed resulting in a 2 point penalty for Leeds.

In the other match Sheffield “1” drew 3-3 at home with Leeds “2”. Jon O’Leary putting the visitors in front before Carl Whitby hit back for the home side.
