Matches up to and including the semi-finals will be best of 3, with a best-of-5 final.

Dress code applies, no jeans, trainers or collarless t-shirts please.

Players drawn in matches in the first round should register by 9:45 for a 10:00 start.

Players who have received a bye into the last 16 should register by 10:45 for an 11:00 start.
