So the semi-final lineup was

LBSO v Hanging Heaton
Harrogate v NSC

The first semi-final went to LBSO who defeated Hanging Heaton 4-2, Mally Bilclough proving the difference between the teams winning both his frames.

The second semi-final was won by Harrogate with a 5-1 victory over the NSC, Kaif Shazad and Shabir Ditta gaining maximum points for Harrogate.

So it was all set up for what looked like a close final between LBSO and Harrogate but what emerged was a one-sided contest as Harrogate raced into a 3-0 lead and when Shabir Ditta won his second frame against James Pears it was all over.

Congratulations to Harrogate and thanks as always to our hosts and sponsors the Northern Snooker Centre.
