Division One Fixtures Half-Way Reached

Last weekend division one teams reached the half-way point with their fixtures, baring a couple of postponed matches we are looking good.

Fixture set seven brought some interesting results and some movement at the top of the division, Rotherham with a fine win over former table leaders Sheffield 2 in what was a high standard match with numerous breaks over 50 made see’s them bounce to the top although Sheffield 2 have a game in-hand and could very well retain that position.

Leeds battled hard beating 2018 division 1 champs Bradford 1 on their own soil to keep their unbeaten record this season in tact, four wins from four with two games in hand over top spot could possibly see them catapult straight over the leaders.

Brighouse vs Harrogate a stalemate there with all six players winning a frame each, Sheffield 1 received their bye.

Mike Henson still holding top spot for MVP statistics with another fine two frame win, can anyone catch him?

Division two start fixture set six on the weekend commencing 19th January 2019
