Yorkshire Snooker Team Championship 2024

Players are to register at 10:00 for a 10:30 start.

Dress code applies: no jeans, trainers or collarless t-shirts, please.

Format-Group Stage.

Teams to consist of 3 players, listed in order 1-2-3. Each player plays 2 frames (1 at a time) against their opposite number.

Each match is to be played on 2 tables. The first 2 frames are to be 1v1 and 2v2, Whoever finishes first comes off and 3v3 goes on. Players then rotate until all 6 frames are completed.

Teams allocated 2 points for a win or 1 point for a draw.

The Group order will be determined by
1. Points
2. Frame Win %
3. Head to Head
4. Highest Break

The 3 group winners plus the best performing 2nd placed team to go through to semi-finals.

The format for the semi-finals and final is as above but the match is over once a team wins 4 frames. If matches go to 3-3 the captains will nominate a player to play a deciding frame.

Replacement players may be used and the order of players may be changed for each match.
